8 oz raw, unfiltered honey from honey bees that forage on our farm.
 
Raw honey naturally crystalizes over time. This honey will arrive as a liquid and over the next couple months to one year become solid.  Also known as "crystallized honey," it can easily be scooped from the jar and mixed in tea or coffee with no dripping. Great as a spread on toast, scones, or in sandwiches.  
 
Creamed honey has a controlled crystallization process to create a fine crystal with smooth mouthfeel.  It is still raw and unprocessed.  Honey has an indefinite shelf life. 
 
Honey color and flavor may vary depending on which plants the bees are gathering from. Our honey tends to be a light, pleasant wildflower blend.

Our honey is always raw (unpasteurized) and lightly strained, preserving the benefits of pollen, propolis, enzymes, vitamins and minerals naturally occuring in honey. We manage our hives without the use of chemicals.
