Vermont Maple and Honey Set

Try both kinds of sweetness we produce on our farm in Middlebury, VT.  Our Vermont 100% pure maple syrup is boiled over a wood fired evaporator in the Champlain Valley of Vermont.  Our raw  honey comes from the wildflowers that grow in our Christmas tree plantation- please note raw honey naturally crystallizes over time, creating a creamy spread.  Includes 1 pint of maple syrup, 8 oz of Maple Chocolate Syrup, and 8 oz of raw honey.
 
Maple Grades:
Golden (previously Fancy) is best used on pancakes or waffles or paired with yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
Amber is a great all around maple syrup.  It's great on waffles, in salad dressings, cocktails, or in maple-sweetened sauces.
Dark is a stronger syrup, well-used in baked apples or squash, as a glaze for meats and vegetables, or to sweeten baked goods.  This is some people's preferred pancake syrup.
Very Dark is the strongest syrup, best used as an ingredient in cooking or baking.  Its flavor comes through in cookies, cakes, and ice cream.
